Every Miss Sara item is printed to order, just for you. This page explains how production, shipping and delivery work.
Production time
Because each item is made after you place your order, please allow a few business days for printing and quality checks before your order ships. Production can take longer during busy seasons such as Halloween and the winter holidays, so we recommend ordering early for gifts and events.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order delivered within the United States and Canada, with no minimum purchase. For orders shipped to other countries, shipping is a flat $9 per order, and free when your order contains 4 or more items. The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery time
Delivery time varies by destination and shipping method. Estimated delivery information, when available, is shown at checkout. Delivery estimates start after production is complete and are not guaranteed, as carrier delays can occur.
Order tracking
When your order ships, we email you the tracking information if tracking is available for your shipment. If your order includes several items, they may ship in separate packages.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but we cannot change the address once an order has shipped.
Changing or cancelling an order
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We will review your request based on the current status of the order. Once production has started, changes may not be possible.
Damaged, incorrect or missing items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, or your package does not arrive, please contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number and, for damaged or incorrect items, a photo of the problem so we can assist you.
